1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 09bdt platform and all its associated services. By visiting the 09bdt website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared specifically for users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

09bdt is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, and sports betting services. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep user information secure.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on the 09bdt platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request a valid ID document to verify your age when necessary.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password Protection

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. 09bdt is not liable for losses resulting from misuse of your account unless directly caused by our own negligence.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or leasing your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Any balance or bonuses held in the account are also non-transferable.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The 09bdt platform currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Funds sent via any other method will not be processed.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• A verification process may apply for unusual transactions

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

After a withdrawal request is submitted, it is generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal timeframe: generally within 1 hour
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

09bdt reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, or violation of these Terms. In such situations, please contact our support team.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

09bdt offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳18,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit plus bonus. Current wagering requirement: 25x.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party
• Specific game or betting restrictions may apply when using a bonus
• 09bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited

5.4 VIP Program

The 09bdt VIP program has three tiers. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze tier — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold tier — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier through continued active participation. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the 09bdt platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game and betting market. These limits may vary depending on the type of game and your account tier.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error or technical issue, 09bdt reserves the right to declare that round void and return the bet. 09bdt also reserves the right to make corrections in cases of abnormal or unintended payouts.

6.4 Sports Betting

Detailed rules regarding specific events, markets, and odds for sports betting can be found in the betting section. If a match is abandoned or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant betting rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09bdt platform. Violating these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or providing false information
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or games
• Playing using automated bots or software
• Harassing or causing harm to other players
• Assisting minors in creating an account

If any suspicious activity is detected, 09bdt will conduct an investigation and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendment & Termination

12.2 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (subject to meeting the minimum withdrawal conditions).

12.3 Account Closure by the Platform

In the event of a breach of terms and conditions, 09bdt reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the balance may be forfeited.
